Makes 8 cookies
Gluten free//Dairy free//Egg free//Vegan
- 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz lentil flour
- 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Peanut Cacao spread
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz raw cacao mix
- 1/3 cup/60g/2 oz Natvia
- 1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz Desiccated Coconut
- 1 Flax Egg (1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz flax seed and 3 tbsp/60g/2 oz water)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix wet into dry.
- Drop Tbsp size scoops onto baking tray covered in baking paper.
- Cook in the oven at 180c for 10 mins. Transfer to wire tray to cool. Enjoy!
