Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes 8 cookies

Gluten free//Dairy free//Egg free//Vegan


  • 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz lentil flour
  • 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Peanut Cacao spread
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz raw cacao mix
  • 1/3 cup/60g/2 oz Natvia
  • 1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 Flax Egg (1 tbsp/7g/0.2 oz flax seed and 3 tbsp/60g/2 oz water)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  1. Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet into dry.
  3. Drop Tbsp size scoops onto baking tray covered in baking paper.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180c for 10 mins. Transfer to wire tray to cool. Enjoy!
